旺旺的成功基因

           逆水行舟在「改變中,不斷求進」。觀察旺旺集團今日的成就,我很敬佩蔡衍明董事長:「能夠改變」。記得二十多年前1989519日,要聘請政宏當經營顧問的當天,就曾當場反駁一位守舊抗拒改變者。並表示:「我請吳顧問來做體質改善,只要用十年就夠本了。」
●體質改善找群英,企業茁壯一定贏●

       您有注意到了嗎?經營者須「想要」、又有大格局、堅定方向持之以恆。尤其最要注意的:少數常常向老闆請示:「這樣可以嗎?」而受到欣賞的貼心寶貝:竟然是暗地裡不願負起責任,抗拒改變阻礙進步的絆腳石。企業是有機體,要的是:在各個功能別的領域中,能夠各自獨當一面的好人才。如果您的企業裡只有少數幾個好幹部,其他人好像只把事情弄得更複雜而已。是否表示:這個組織,還處在殘缺障礙的情境下?不改進就將失去生存力。您說是嗎?
